欢迎您使用《译起读》！本协议是您与《译起读》开发者之间关于使用本应用服务所订立的契约。请您仔细阅读以下条款，使用本应用即表示您同意接受本协议的全部内容。
《译起读》是一款提供外文文档阅读、智能翻译、术语管理及相关学习工具的应用。我们致力于为您提供沉浸式的多语言阅读体验。应用内的功能可能因您的设备、操作系统版本或订阅状态的不同而有所差异。
您在注册账号时应提供真实、准确的信息。您需妥善保管您的账号及验证信息，因您保管不善导致的账号被盗或数据泄露，责任由您自行承担。您不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规、侵犯他人知识产权或合法权益的活动。
本应用提供基础免费功能及高级付费功能（如增加翻译字符数、解锁高级翻译引擎等）。高级服务可通过应用内购买（IAP）或订阅获取。相关计费规则、自动续费政策及退款政策，均遵循苹果 App Store（或您所在的第三方应用商店）的官方规定。一旦购买成功，即视为您同意享受相应的付费权益。因虚拟商品的特殊性，除法律明确规定或应用商店政策允许外，已生效的订单不支持无理由退款。
《译起读》应用的界面设计、代码、图文内容及整体架构等知识产权均归开发者所有。您使用本应用阅读或翻译的文档原文，其版权归原作者或版权方所有。本应用仅提供工具服务，您应确保您有合法权利阅读、翻译该等文件，不得将翻译结果用于侵权或非法出版目的。
翻译准确性：本应用提供的翻译、文字识别及词义解释等结果，均由人工智能算法或第三方接口实时生成。我们努力提升服务质量，但不对翻译结果的绝对准确性、专业性、完整性提供担保。翻译结果仅供您学习、参考之用，请勿将其作为法律、医疗、财务等专业领域的最终决策依据。
服务中断：由于网络故障、第三方 API 接口限流或维护、不可抗力等因素导致的服务中断或延迟，我们免于承担赔偿责任，但会尽力尽快恢复服务。
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。当协议条款发生重大变更时，我们将在应用内或通过适当方式通知您。如果您继续使用本应用，即视为您接受修改后的协议。

Welcome to Lexa Reader! These Terms govern your use of the App between you and the developer of Lexa Reader. Please read carefully. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Lexa Reader is an application that provides foreign-language document reading, smart translation, glossary management, and related learning tools, aiming to deliver an immersive multilingual reading experience. Features may vary depending on your device, OS version, or subscription status.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account and verification information safe. Account takeover or data leakage caused by your negligence is your responsibility. You must not use the App to engage in any activity that violates laws, regulations, or infringes the intellectual property or legal rights of others.
The App offers basic free features and advanced paid features (e.g. increased translation quota, unlocking advanced translation engines). Advanced services can be purchased via in-app purchase (IAP) or subscription. Billing rules, auto-renewal policies, and refund policies follow the official rules of Apple's App Store. Once a purchase is completed, you are deemed to have agreed to the corresponding paid benefits. Due to the nature of virtual goods, unless required by law or permitted by the app store, completed orders are not eligible for no-reason refunds.
The interface design, code, content, and overall architecture of Lexa Reader are the intellectual property of the developer. The source documents you read or translate belong to their original authors or rights holders. The App is a tool only; you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to read and translate the materials, and must not use translation results for infringing or unlawful publication.
Translation accuracy: Results are generated in real time by AI or third-party APIs. While we work to improve quality, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Results are for learning and reference only and must not be used as the final basis for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.
Service interruptions: We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions caused by network issues, third-party API limits, force majeure, or similar factors, but will do our best to restore service quickly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through the App or appropriate channels. Continuing to use the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
